Chef Warren's is a very intimate space with an open kitchen and lots of table hopping. Opening our Bistro at less than full capacity will change the entire "vibe" Marianne & I have encouraged for the last 22 years. Our Bistro model is based on quality food, interesting beverages and an energetic space. It's a triangle that we're not willing to compromise.
We are in constant contact with healthcare professionals and government agencies and will assess our re-opening schedule according to their advice.
